Jason and Chris are upstanding guys who seem to have done well with their real estate holdings, especially in rental apartments. But they seem to be mired in a bit of problem with some of their tenants who accuse them of "renoviction". Do these free-loaders think we live in a communist country? They should appreciate the fact that they got a great place to live, at very low rent for years, now it is time to pay market price or move on. Seesh!
